Is there any android app to convert global coordinate to local coordinate?

I work in a site with large area. Our site has it's own local coordinate. I want an app that get global coordinate of (0,0) in site from user and after that it always show local coordinate instead of global coordinate. Actually the app should get global coordinate from satellite in background and convert it to local coordinate(using (0,0) global coordinate) and show it on the display. If it can show local coordinate on google satellite map or other, that would be great.
