ANDROID Online services stopped working for Israel/Gift

Some of my compatriots who intensively use navigation, reported that last two days online services, TMC and Weather, do not work with these releases.
Other editions work as they have done so far.

Is this a coincidence (i doubt it) or did the NNG decide to terminate the support for them as it did with Primo.

Edit:
I was informed that it had stopped functioning in Germany as well, Italy and Netherlands (@rider)

Update radar map RT3

I am trying to add updated radars (since the last ones we have are from 2017) for Spain and Portugal with the RTxMapEditor program, but I am faced with the problem that I cannot select the folder with the ISO image to be able to carry out the process? Anyone know why?
PS: If someone has already done it, and does us the favor of updating the radars, it would be appreciated. Thank you very much partners.

Need help with RNS 510

Hello. I am trying to update the maps on RNS510 with maptools sd card.

It show this screen for about 1 hour then it shuts down and doesn't turn on until I press the On/Off button. After I turn it on it shows again the same screen and never shows SWL Complete or what it should show. I tried reseting and starting over but it still does the same.

Unable to install this version on a new smartphone (android 9) over the previous version. Even the version of playstore cannot be installed. Error message is ,,, Can´t connect to TomTom .Try again later. ,,, On my two other phone this is not a problem, but with a different adroid version. (version 6)

Hello,
I have one problem. I have instaled Smeg +iv2 navi in this car and this navi has menu vol+ and vol- buttons but i dont know where wires go. Radio only works in radio mode. I cant change anything or go to menu or something. Thanks..

Hello,i appologise in advance as this is not Navi unit but maybe someone can help me,i need full NEC+EEprom for this unit.
1K0035186AA 7 647 201 360 BLAUPUNKT 95128+NEC D70F3358
Friend try to decode it and did not save org eeprom file now radio not start and no diagnosis.
I have write manually with programmer NEC Flash+eep with 0049 sw version but display contrast is too dark and not found any settings direct in setup or via VCDS to reduce it.
I reflash it also with ODIS sgo 0049 version but same problem.
In att is NEC read from faulty as it come to me,and it is different to 0049 flash i have,so originall inside was not 0049 ver .
Anyone have 0029 or other version full read NEC+95128 maybe?
