RT3 6.63 Issue . HELP!!!

First of all sorry for my English language .

So. Half a year a baught my Peugoet 407 x - line which have built RT3 sat nat but the issue is... Screen is not working. I've been told that I need to replace the screen but aftrr that I've seen that everything is more deep .

I've realised that RT3 keeps restarting every 2 minutes . ( I took time on my timer) . And keeps restarting and restarting.... I tought that Issue is with sat nav and I bought another one and everything was fine untill I tried to update software . I used the same cd which previous owner gave to me when I bought the car. and guess what? I got the same issues . Screen gone and RT3 restars every 120seconds... PLEASE HELP!

Any idea how? Which program has been used to create that file? I want to play with the maps colors. They've made all the efforts to make that file unreadable. I wish they'd do the same efforts when listening to the customers requests.

Update 29-05-2018

Installing the skin
installation :
- iGO_Israel is the folder of the version Nextgen-a (iGO_Avic, iGO_Basar, iGO_Israel ...);
- write from the archive folder ui_nextgen with sounds ... wav;
- always delete (or rename) your old ux folder from sdcard / iGO_Israel / ux ;
- write a new ux folder from the archive ;
- if there is a need for even more additional functions, activate only the necessary , inactive plug-ins by deleting three dashes at the end .... zip ( ---), I do not advise you to activate everything, most of them you just do not need;
- select a start plugin from an archive / ux_additionally / loading_ux and write to the folder ux: ;
- for "Avicsync", "Pioneer" ----> " avicsync_nextgen.zip ";
- for "Israel" ----> " gpsandmore_generic.zip ";
- for "Basarsoft" ----> " basarsoft_gm8_nextgen.zip ";
- who uses "Avicsync", "Pioneer", you must remove the plugin user_profiles.zip , otherwise you will not be able to change the cursor;
- be careful, plugins from previous versions of the skin and any extraneous plugins can conflict with the current version of the skin and significantly worsen the navigation.
- for the full work of TTS in the voices Voice_TTS _........_ lua.zip in the file dictionary.voice there should be records:

Hi, first post here so please forgive me if I miss any information, or post this in the wrong place. I have recently bought a Chinese Reakosound RK-7157G in car media player/satnav/reversing camera thing. I am wondering if I did the right thing buying something so cheap but since it seems to be working I will persevere.

It came with Igo Primo 9.6.13.405512? but I am not convinced it is a genuine copy (there is no mention of the company on the Igo site). I have looked at several posts and did download one of the versions here. All the license files i got in it appear to match what was in the download. Anyway, it seems to work fine as long as I leave it alone, but I want to tinker and add skins. This is where it goes wrong. I can add the skin and then select it just fine. It's when the app restarts that it all falls down. It freezes. The progress bar runs up to full and then nothing, no errors and no navigation. I then have to edit out the skin section in the system.ini file to get it running.

I have read through as many posts as I can here but an drawing a blank. Some pointers at least where to look would help.

I have tried 3 skins that do this: diMka WA P.1.7.4 - Ultimate Glass, diMka WA P.1.7.4 - Ultimate Sapphire and diMka WA P.1.7.4 - Ultimate Titanium (all supposedly for wince, which the machine is running) and Doupas_mod_by_Korabi (which does restart but then there are no visible icons/menus or anything after a restart). I tried version 9.6.5.278914 which, after much faffing around, managed to get working but with the same result.

What little hair I have left would appreciate some advice.
