Resistive vs capacitive
Im in the market for a GPS for my motorcycle.
The dedicated moto units, Zumo, Tom Tom are nice but really expensive.
I have the potential to pick up a used 660 (Not an LM version) with a Touratech mount for $300 CDN.
Alternatively theres a Nuvi 2557 LMT for $190. I cant determine if Ill be able to use the 2557 while wearing gloves.
Are there good resistive non-moto specific units out there?

Alpine w920 (mazda AVN2) lost screen keyboard!
Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my AVN2 which has been flashed to W920r.
Everything works fine. GPS works fine, speed cams everything.
Problem I have is when I want to enter an address for directions, I don't get a keyboard on the screen. I have tried to change keyboard language and that makes no difference, still no keyboard.
I only got the car (mazda MX5 with factory fit AVN2 in January) and am not sure if the missing keyboard is down to me or it was like it before.
Since getting the car, this is what I have done to the AVN2:
Flash to Alpine w920
Changed splashscreen
downloaded current settings via SD card (as per instructions on alpine site to update)
Anyone car help me out get the keyboard back, much appreciated!

Hello. I have the version installed on Xiaomi MiA1, it works perfectly with Brazil Here 2017.Q3 map.
But, I downloaded the Brazil Here 2017.Q4 version and replaced Q3, the system starts normally, but when I modify something, the system closes IGO.
If I return Q3, it returns to normal operation.
If anyone knows a solution, in advance thank you very much.
