iPHONE iGO Navigation with "DIY" maps?

Hi,

A colleague of my is using the new iGO Navigation app (not Primo or NextGen) on his iPhone.
He likes it but the downside is that the supplied maps are not really all that up to date. So my question is if it would be possible to download the latest maps from this forum and put them on his iPhone to work with the iGO Navigation app which he officially bought all the licenses for in the in app store.

I think to remember that back in the iGO Primo for iOS era (talking about ~3 years ago) one would run in to license issues when copying new/other maps into the app and one would need other license file(s).

Is it possible at all to do what I described above?
I would mess with it myself but it is not my phone so I'm not all that willing to screw around in the file system without knowing it could work in the first place.

- Uninstall the previous version properly.
- Copy folder com.sygic.incar to Android/data
- Download maps and wcl folder only with Sygic PC maps DOWNLOADER - Click here
- Create folders and add your files: voices, click here to Android\data\com.sygic.incar\files\Res\voices, route to Android\data\com.sygic.incar\files\Res\itinerary, etc
- Install apk
- Run the app with open WiFi to download the latest database offlinespeedcams.dat

Hi,

Can anybody help me to find unlocked Sweden Topo V4 or V5 PRO maps?

I have ones, but my GPSMap 64 shows that I need to "Authenticate" them, even that Basecamp shows that they all are "unlocked".
Or is there any way to Authorise them?

I select TTS voice Street Names Announced but my gps won't accept it.
TTS Pro is greyed out.
Is there any way I can get my gps to announce street names?

I bought this unit on ebay and it does not have a product name but when I start it up it shows IGo Primo

what does this mean? "When Open FM, Speaker Will Be Disabled"
And does this play FM radio?
How do I use the FM Setting? The directions for my gps were in Chinese and I don't understand how to use a lot of it :(

a) the panic button changed ..By pressing the key (Photo camera) for a long time, we turn off the cameras (Speedcams).
Here now, a small camera icon appears, with a red line,
Who tells us about the OFF position!).
With Another one, prolonged push
(and this is the change)
We turn on the cameras (Speedcams).
(Here is a small camera icon without a red indicator that tells us about the ON status).


b)The change concerns:
In the name of the cameras
Up high on the screen ..
(For those who choose it naturally through the menu).
The distance was added.

Error occurred recently when transferring cards and this on
all my computers (before any problems)

The size of the map set is approximately 36.2 MB, but the size of the map set is approximately 36.2 MB.
destination only has 13262.9 MB.
Choose fewer cards and try again.

While my card is 16 GB therefore largely enough.

Someone to him a solution by advance thanks.
