I have here a Chinese tab build into my car, and installed with my TomTom Go with my original license.
Everything works fine, the only problem is the resolution.
I can't change the DPI.
How can I setup my TomTom Go with a LARGE DPI?
Onto my phone, everything looks very big, and works so fine.
But into my car, it is very small.

unolocking the New bluechart maps for the new marine units
Dear All,
i've got a new map "original locked one" for the Gulf region VAW450S. i've tried all the ways to unlock it.but unfortunately ,it's partially unlocked, it's working on the old garmin units . but not on the new models.
is there anyone who knows any software that can unlock them for these new units.
or at least i can share you the original locked files to try, and if that worked we can update the existing old maps in your forum with the new one.

How to change the position of the camera when I go highway. Then the camera is very far away, and she brings when I reach the intersection. I wish I had all the time closer, no matter whether I'm in the city or on the highway. Thanks and regards :beer:

RT6 Wipnav Rebooting Problem
so guys i would apriciate your help if anyone has any ideas...
i`v did the 2.86 fw update on my rt6 abot two years ago with new maps and everything...
then a saw that it was a mistake becouse of the bluetuth echo problem, but that was not such a big problem for me...
But after some time my rt6 started rebooting sometimes more often and sometimes it woul go for days without reboot...
i thought that the sd card is corrupt so i took apart my rt6 and put a new 16 gb sd card inside, did the new fw instal from 0 (3 or 4 times now)
and i still got the same problem... as long as i am doing the install everything is ok and it does not reboot, but when the instal is finished rt6 starts to reboot it self again, sometimes after 1 minut and sometimes a day or two.... (i`ve noticed that a brief flash on the display like pixeling befor the rt6 reboots, than the display goes out and music stays for a few more seconds maybe even 10-15sec and than the rt6 reboots (i have a feeling like some kind of conntact failure))
when i format the sd card and do a new install at the end rt6 reboots and starts the radio with some beeping sound in the background and it beeps until i reboot the rt6 manualy once again...
and after that even tho i didnt even install any maps i`m back in the reboot loop...
i really dont have any ideas what to do next...
and also if anyone has any expirience with "autotronics" i would like to know something about them... they say they can repair my unit for 200e but i have to send it to them in spain :/
i would just like to know if they are safe to do buissnes with???

Update SMEG version - what updates can i have?
Hi Guys,
New to the forum.
I have just bought a 30th edition 208 GTI and looked at updating software for my smeg unit and I came across this forum :)

Internet connection for 508
Hi guys ...I'm sorry if this thread is already on the forum (I did not find it) but I would like a little help, please ...
I just bought a 2015 Peugeot 508 with SMEG+ touchscreen and I saw that the menu contains also an Internet option
my firmware is 5.4.B.R8 (not sure if latest) and I would like to know what do I need to connect to internet. I understand there is a possibility to connect through bluetooth to my phone, and also a kind of network key ... provided by Peugeot ... is there a chance to connect to a sim card or something from my ISP or anything of the sort
Also ... the navigation maps ... installation is the same as RT6 systems, or I need to go through java generator ...

Overview: FLY is FUN is a moving map for aviation and pilots providing ILS and GPS approach, VOR, NDB, DME, Marker beacons, RNAV navigation and Marker beacons warnings, without ILS/VOR/NDB/RNAV equipment on board.

FLY is FUN is a complete application, without any restriction, if used with FLY is FUN Unlocker.
Without FLY is FUN Unlocker, all functionalities are accessible for evaluation. This allows news user discovering them, but each 10 minutes, application need to be restarted.
FLY is FUN is completely autonomous. FLY is FUN allows:
- Displaying route, bearing, trace on moving map;
- Visualizing airspace;
- Creating and modifying routes with drag and drop , or with the database;
- Importing, exporting routes, waypoints, RWY (Garmin .gpx, .kml, txt);
- Performing route planning, evaluating distance, time and fuel consumption (depending on wind and aircraft characteristics);
- Recording the flight and playing it back with Google Earth;
- Calculating Sunset / Sunrise;
- Getting weather forecast along the route;
- Getting warnings, alarms and message before entering controlled or special use airspaces, approaching waypoints or specific points;

- Distance to point , distance to destination;
- Estimated time to next point, estimated time to destination;
- Time since departure;
- Stop watch;
- DME, ACC, GS, ALT, TRK, BRG, AGL, ELE, CAL, VAR, UTC, LOG, HDG, CRS, ETA, ET, ETE, LT, MGS, GAL, SR, SS, XTK, PRE, QNH, VSI, RRD, SW1, SW2, RRD, DTA, DAL;
Information displayed could be customized too depending of users preferences (VFR, IFR, IFR and VFR) and of zoom level. The more you zoom IN, the more detail, information, waypoints,.. you see
Logbook
The integrated logbook, allows recording:
- Duration since departure time
- Departure and arrival time
- Departure and arrival airport
- Flight track (it is possible to export it as .kml or .gpx and to replay it)
- Used aircraft
- Pilot(s) and copilots in charge
- Distance, average speed, maximum speed
Charts
Pilots could select the most appropriate charts: free open source charts as well as commercial charts as ICAO, Cartabossy, SkyVector even FAA sectional and terminal charts
Free charts could be imported directly via the application store. Other charts could be created and imported by the pilot itself or made on request available as commercial service.
VACs and PDF files
User can easily attached PDF files to airport or ULM fields, and consult them during the fly.
