Can you change the bootlogo on your WipNav+? YES YOU CAN!

If you are willing to experiment with your own design, use the attached files "RT6 Any bootimage"

Three separate scripts:

1/ Backup: copies all logo files to <usb>:\backup
2/ Restore: ...
3/ Ownbootscreen

This takes any 800 * 480 JPG (!) file. Copy it as Image.jpg (case sensitive!!!) to the USB root, and the script will calculate all crc's and create the inf files for it.
I HAD TO DO IT TWICE AND THEN IT WORKED. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A BACKUP FIRST AND SAVE IT.
...AND YOU KNOW I DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSINILITY FOR ANY MALFUNCTION OR MISTAKE. :)

KENWOOD DNX 8220BT garmin black screen PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello i have bought a used KENWOOD DNX8220BT from someone and now I discovered that all works but Navi (Garmin)
When I switch to Navigation I see only a black screen, I tried to download from Garmin site an update but nothing, when I put update file on SD it doesn't start to update. I think there is other problems, I read here on other topics about mass storage accidentally deleted and someone has lost everything. So I need to know if I could replace the original files from a backup for this device. Could I replace from other DNX? or must be from DNX8220BT only?

with garmin usb drivers and with a Windows 10 laptop I can access your device in mass storage mode.

So what I ask to someone who knows the matter, is how to do, by hardware and software. Hope I could do something to recover my DNX Garmin navigation software and make it work. Maybe I need to find GARMINCURE3. I read this:

"To make Garmin functional we have to use GarminCure3 for dnx7x20_dnx8x20_270 with Updater_exe.

Download GarminCure3 for dnx7x20_dnx8x20_260 with Updater_exe.rar"

but this file is no longer available there but I find here:

Requirements: 2.3 and up
Overview: This altimeter works online and offline. It estimates your elevation with three different methods:
Accurate%2BAltimeter%2Bpro%2B1.17%2BApk%2BFor%2BAndroid%2BDownload%2B%25284%2529
- Using GPS satellites triangulation. No internet connection required, quite accurate with clean sky but works only outdoors and it's slow
- Using the ground elevation at your current position. Accurate but require internet connection and works only if you are at ground level.
- Using the pressure sensor of your device (if available). If it's available internet connection it calibrates itself on the nearest weather station pressure to improve accuracy.

The best choice for your excursion it's the pressure sensor method. But we recommend to launch the App just before leaving so it calibrates itself taking pressure from the nearest airport weather station. So measure will be reliable for few hours even without an internet connection.

You can also calibrate the sensor to eliminate systematic error.

I bought Junsun D100 GPS and it has IGO Primo 9.6.13.321005. when I was trying to discover the option of the GPS the setting menu was gone and I could not reach it again.
Here is also a video for someone who has same problem

ANDROID Save trip info over the whole route?

When I start a trip, iGo traces the route.
After a short break iGo starts from the beginning.

So its not possible to drive a longer time with breaks and have the whole trip as the result to save.

Any suggestions for settungs?

Hi guys,

Its me agian! I wanted 2 update my girlfriend`s tomtom, but i dont see her tomtom on pc. Altho i can connect it with my drive.
So i cant even replace files.. Any tips that i can use?

How to install IMG map onto GPSMAP 292 and 2010 plotters

I have a HXEU300P img map and have it installed in Mapsource and Homeport using the tools suggested in the fourm. Thank to the forumite posts for that assistance. My problem is that I cannot seem to get it transferred to my 292 and 2010 plotters. They use the old data cards. I have tried creating a may set in Mapsource and transferring it to the data card using the USB programmer but whenever I insert the data card in the plotters, the map does not install.
I have spent fruitless hours searching the forum but cannot seem to find an answer to my delima. Hopefully some of the gurus on here can get me sorted :confusion:

ANDROID Problem With JCV on android carDVD

Dear Admin/User, I have a Chinese carDVD runnibg Android 5.1.1 in which i installed streetpilot 2.37 from below post

Everything runs fine except the JCV. whenever the time to show the JCV comes, the top screen shows a blank bar and then it disappears. I have tried all JCV files downloaded from above post but no success. I think it has something to do with the right resolution/split or full screen/raster or SVG stuff. Any expert advise? and is there any archive to download latest JCVs?
