Hi guys,
I have been trying to accomplish this for a few days now by reading other threads but have had no luck.
What I have:
Garmin rino 610 (with no sd card slot)
Sd card with gmapsupp and gmapsupp.unl files
Being there is no sd slot, I wanted to move the gmapsupp and unl file into the internal memory of the rino. I move it and power up and get "cannot unlock map". I have tried renaming it to gmapprom and didn't have any luck. Ive tried gmaptool and javawa with no luck. Is it even possible? Just missing a step or two?
Need a solution to get the map and unlock file onto the gps or a way to remove the lock feature from the map on the sd card and then onto the gps.

Hi all, a little help please. I have a 508 sw from 2012.
I have a question that is, what version of gps/radio do I have? I don´t know if it is RT6 or wip+, rneg our rneg2.
Based on the pics below can someone help?
Also, what maps (now i have 2011) can I install? and firmware? Because, bluetooth with the iphone 5S is very bad and i was thinking that with a new upgrade it would help

Hi,
Is it possible to calibrate the screen in Igo Nextgen WinCE? My clock button is almost gone in the
upper right corner (see picture). Or move the clockbutton / switch with trafficbutton.
Tried igo screen_calibration=0 (nothing)

I've actually contacted Garmin support three times on their website about this with no reply, let alone the 3 working days its says I'll get a reply.
I've bought a new Garmin SatNav and the speed camera alert speed is set to the incorrect speed of 50mph for a whole stretch of motorway, but you can see on the bottom right hand corner of the screen the speed limit is correctly showing 70mph, please see screenshot:

I drive this road everyday and it's extremely annoying to have the 50mph alerts constantly beeping at me when even the satnav shows the correct speed limit of 70mph. I've updated maps but hasn't resolved, not sure if a speed camera update will?
If so I'd like to get a free speed camera update from Garmin really. Will have to try calling them when I get time because they're not replying to my emails on their website.

Basarsoft NextGen is the first proggy that handle portrait and landscape loading bitmaps separately. Here is example of it with GPS Power graphic (note that graphics are same for portrait and landscape)
Make sure you remove original (basarsoft_gm8_nextgen.zip) or any other replacement you're using.
Tested for 800x480 and 1920x1080; post result if your resolution is different.
