Garmin Zumo 660 - Update Map

Hello,

Ive recently purchased a used Garmin Zumo 660, and want to update it to City Navigator NT 2017.10.
Ive managed to find a update online containing several different files and file extensions.
Normally ive just copied the files to the SDCARD:\Garmin\ folder, but im a bit unsure what to do at this point :)

Could you please help, figuring out where to put these files - and if the map is even compatible with the Zumo 660?
(File list is attached as 2 images).


Would it be wise to Firmware / System update the GPS - and if so how do i do that?
Any there any other information, that would be usefull to have? :)
