Would like some help with correct file names for maps

I have the Kenwood DNX9990hd

What would the correct file names be for the following extensions on City Navigator North America NT 2017.10
Should I use the 3490 ASR files or 3790 ASR files?

There are several JCV files which would be the correct one?
