Naviflash 1020 help

I have Naviflash I think is 1020 I saw picture on web.
My friend give me for free this device without usb, he lost usb and cd.....

Can I put some good GPS software like iGO, Garmin or something like that?
I have card reader.
I don't know which OS is into this device.

If is WinCE then is possible for iGO.

Can anyone know how to unlock this device?
