how to start rns 510 without starting engine or putting key in ignition chinese version

i read allot things like : engine is OFF, key is NOT in ignition start your system ( rns 510 ) i tried all button and its not powering on without putting key in the ignition... so how can i start it without starting engine or putting key in ignition ? i need to do this in order to start the update

so i think mine is a chinese version rns 510..
