I am new to this forum and am hoping for any help at all.. I had just purchased a truck from the dealership that came off lease with an Advent UV630i installed. Navigation was working perfectly until I updated the units os and Maps from Naviextras.com. I had made a backup prior to updating the navigation files using their toolbox, update appeared to complete successfully, however, when I installed the card and entered navigation, it immediately displayed the language selection window; when I pressed "Done" it briefly displays the IGO loading window; maybe less than 1 second and exits. I then restored my backup and same issue. I sent a note to naviextras about a week ago and have not received a response, only an automated reply with the ticket# they assigned to the incident. I plan on taking a trip next week and would really like to get this resolved. I am willing to pay for new maps if that would fix the issue if I could only get a response from these people. I am not certain what the OS is but my guess is Win Ce. I apologize if this has been asked before but have searched for hours without success.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!.
