prob upgrade gps

Hello Everybody,
First I want to clarify that I am French and used a translator.
I have a GPS Pioneer AVIC F550BT with Naviextras Navteq Q2.
I would update but I can not. I tried all your topics without success.
The error is all the time the same: can not open the card available with your license.
I tried to install:
- IGO R3 FULL HERE (Navteq) 2015.Q4 Europe
- Europe 2015.Q4 HERE
and I have the same problem on 2 installations.

Please do you have a solution?
