how to update maps

Hi all,

Im pretty new to this but id like to give it try to update my ttXL (2008). Current nav is V8.014. I downloaded Western_Europe_1GB_965_7280 but from that point i can't find out through all the info availlable how to simply update. Im not sure what to do. Can someone tell me what to do.
