ANDROID ThemeChanger 6.7 and 7.0 Problems on Android 6.0.1

I have been trying to install themechanger for my iGO Israel 9.6.29.636868 with Doupas 0.9b skin

I know a lot of you, run theme changer with no problems. If any of those uses Android Marsmallow, please halp me make TC work on my device.

I tried installing it on internal, external, simlinked ext-int location and nothing. It FCs all the time and does absolutely nothing ... basically it does not work.

Any help appreciated
