Smeg+iv2 and bluetooth phone error

Hi,
I own a 2016 citroen C4 that recently suffered a bootloop of the original smeg+iv2.
The citroen dealer changed all the system with a new one that is running SMEG6.3.D.R6 (the old one was running the 6.1.D.R8)

I'm disappointed because the new system seems to have lost the internal HDD for jukebox use, but I'm very worried because all my android phones cannot connect to the phone service (the navi gives me and error saying to try to re pair the system). On the other side multimedia striming is working without problems.

The same phones used to work flawlessly on 6.1!

Anyone has some hint for fixing this problem?
