'08 MFD2 error

Swapped out my Premium 7 h/u for the MFD2 in my '08 EOS. Current firmware is v50 but when I go into the factory settings both PLATFORM and NAVI are blank. Do I need to do something in Vag-Com to enable it? Or do I just need to load a DVD? If so where can I find a North America 8B DVD for download?
