compile tomtom truck with speed cams

hi all could some one please compile a tomtom uk version with truck route maps and speed cameras for android tablet with apk cracks patches etc
theres is loads ov data and stuff available here but im just not in the no how where to put maps etc etc
if not could some one please leave me the links for the stuff i need and instuctions to make it and il gladly give it a go and share it
