External antenna for Garmin 205w

Hi,

Recently I got Garmin 205w from a friend and the antenna has some damage on cable.

I have few questions about the antenna.

First that antenna is for GPS receiver or just for FM?

Can I use any other antenna with long cable? For example something like http://www.gearbest.com/car-gps-tracker/pp_331996.html

Please suggest.
