ANDROID TTS on NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017), will only show Kate

I have followed all the instructions on here with TTS voices but cannot get NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017) to recognise any of the voices I have installed. I have used Vocalizer and VocalizerEX. I have also selected VocalizerEX as my Text to Speech engine.

Any ideas what Im doing wrong.
