Looking for Newest Australia *.fbl MAPS.

Hi, I'm looking for the newest maps for my iGo Primo (android Chinese car radio). The current MAPS on there is 2015 and i did find some 2017 maps but they don't work.

Old Map.
Australia_HERE_2015.Q4_160202.fbl

New Map.
Australia.map

Where can i get the new Australia one ending with *.fbl ?? Can only find the *.map one's
