What can I update to?

Hi everbody
I got a 308 SW from 2015, and the system say:
System: SMEG5.2.C.R1, CD 26050
Bluetooth: software 1.2.0
Map: DbDw_291/Gr_409
Display: software 31.1

1) Do I then have a Smeg+ V1 and then I can't Update to any Smeg6.xxxx? What is the newest version for my car?
2) Bluetooth, are there any new Updates for my bluetooth?
3) I have read that we in 1/2017 (april) got the Gr_413 version, but will it also work in my Smeg+ v1?
4) Display, are there any new updates avaible?
