how to update firmware on eMyWay RT6 - Citroen C4 2011

I'm a total newbie to all this - bought the car second hand last week.

It says on the citroen website

The minimum software version required to use this product is 2.10. If you have a lower version of software labor time might be charged at the dealership to complete a software upgrade “OK” To check your version, press the "setup" button for a short while, and the help menu will show up. Select "device description" and "software". If your version is lower than 2.10 , we invite you to visit your dealer, who will proceed to the firmware update."


They charge £80 so I'd rather try and do it myself.
Which file do i need to update the firmware, before then updating the software please?
I guess my software version is RNEG2.0 and I need RNEG2.10???
