308 Satnav update

Hi all,

wondering if i could ask for some assistance,

i'm trying to update my maps but unsure how.

I have downloaded and updated to 'RNEG_R50b_R50.03'

But not sure what maps to use and the process of installing,

any help would be appreciated.
