Formatted my BMW Motorrad Navigator V!

Hi everybody
I recently had the great idea of formatting my BMW Navigator V (not the SD, the actual internal drive...) and OF COURSE I did not have a backup. My fault, I know.

Question is: is there any place I can download the files and put them back on? Firmware version is 3.40.

At the moment I can get the Navigator to start but I see no maps whatsoever and garmin express does not recognize it.

Any help would be appreciated - I already tried to contact Garmin Support but they weren't much helpful
