Updating firmware of My Toyota RAV4 2016 Navigator

I have built-in navigator (infotainment unit) which has garmin navigation
I need to update its firmware to be able to how speed limits and speedcams warning
It's called GCC AVN. My car is Toyota RAV4 2016.
Please check attached photos.
Any help?
