Map editing

I have a Garmin .IMG map unlocked of an area were I like to fish. It's on a SD card, that a friend gave me. It works awesome in my GPS unit. But this is what I'm trying to do. I did some Editing on it , I went to GpsMapEdit, and changed it to a .MP . I then did all my editing. Went in cgpsmapper to change it back to .img file . Works and looks great in GpsmapEdit, map propertys shows its a .img file. But now I need to get it back on SD card to put it in my GPS unit. But don't know which program to use to do this. PLEASE HELP!.
