Garmin Foretrex 401

Hi,

I am purchasing a Garmin Foretrex 401 GPS unit. I was wondering is someone could tell me whether or not this unit is capable of downloading SHP files from a computer? I currently have an Etrex unit, but am unable to download such files from the computer (HP laptop).

Any assistance would be appreciated.
