ANDROID Traffic lights

Not sure if this should be here or maps section.

I have been playing about with two maps. Navteq 2016 Q4 and Tomtom (Teleatlas) 2016.09. The Tomtom apears to have much better routing but the Navteq displays traffic signals. Is there a way to add traffic signals to the Tomtom display?
