Zumo 390 - Presents a display saying GIR Missing

Hello

I got a Zumo 390LM that when I turn on, it open saying GIR MISSING - Update your unit software by visiting ....garmin Webupdater, and stay like that.
The interesting is that it connects to a computer. Of course I tried to run web updater, and Garmin express, it seems that will update, but no. Come back with the same message.... I also checked the files and it seems to be ok.

Anybody has a tip? I thought in formatting it.
