last map for tomtom one

since TT decided not to allow the TT one to be updated due to the size of the maps
what was the last map for this device....
i am new to this and tried a few but only one of the old maps i done actually goes into the TT but says i cannot use this map on this device.

a nice easy walk through would be appreciated on how to use fastactivation on what to press and in what order.
