Mio C220 Digiwalker Card updates

I have a Mio C220 Digiwalker with only the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg maps from 2007.
Is it possible to put a newer map on it with all Europe on it?

Or can someone tell me which TomTom or iGo I can use?

I already have the Hack Pack, but how do I proceed after that?
