WIN CE WinCE iGO Nextgen TTS Voices Nuance ve 1 working in all versions

Here is the solution to get all TTS Nuance ve1 voices working in iGO Nextgen with all versions.

1) Copy complete folder to root of iGO.
2) Copy everything in voice folder to Content/ voice.
3) Copy License in folder to License folder of iGO.
4) Copy "ve.dll" to root of iGO.

I tested it on several devices. All working with the TTS ve1 voices.
