Tomtom via 120 i cant see it on my pc?

Hi guys,

Its me agian! I wanted 2 update my girlfriend`s tomtom, but i dont see her tomtom on pc. Altho i can connect it with my drive.
So i cant even replace files.. Any tips that i can use?
