How to edit keyboard

Hi, I just updated IGO (win CE), everything works as expected, except for I don't have Icelandic keyboard.
I have tried to edit the keyboard file but still not working, which means I cannot search for some street names.

Can someone help me on this problem (I did search but to no avail).

Letters I need are:
á ð é í ó ú ý þ æ ö
