I can not install any Sygic version

Hy guys,
First of all Thank you for your great work!
I bought last year a GPS from China, here it is :

and unfortunatelly I could never install any version of Sygic.
Do you know why ? I am for sure a noobie that is why I am asking for your help.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
