WIN CE Android to WinCE

Hi all,

Have Barasoft with skin by Orsis4isis on my phone and tablet and have purchased a head unit for my car which is WinCE. I would clearly love the same set-up on all devices but unsure what the differences are between them. Is it just the basic program and I can copy all content, sys.txt etc over, or is it a whole new ball game?
