Resolution problem ??

I own a chinese car radio with android. I use Igo Primo on it and it works real fine !
Now my friend bought a chinese radio also and we tried to install my Igo version (incl. maps) on his radio and now it does not work. I got a resolution error ?? My radio is 800x480 and his is 1024x600....
How to get the Igo app working ??
