Help! RNS 510 Error after installing maps

Hi guys!!
i tried to update maps with sd card method, i burnt disc "EU_sd_to_hdd_fw" but after aprox. 60 minutes it was still installing and restarted once but nothing happened so i restarted device and im geeting error "the system is not able to start up. please insert swl cd"
i tried swl fix but its not working it gives me SWL error "EcuOrder.txt.- No Hw Mapping files"
