Mapchanger alpine987

Good morning.
I am trying to install on my mapchanger w987d Alpine.
Only when I'm going to make the change makes me restart but it always fails
User interface resolution [800x480] is not supported or Cpmpatible skin can not be found.Exiting applicatione.
The basic and original as the skin is everything else.
What can I do?
