BMW CIC Maps to HIGH conversion possible? Need Turkey map :)

Hi Guys, i own a '03 BMW 745li which uses a MK4 high Navigation DVD. in 2017 maps, it seems that Turkey maps is still not available and this makes me sick really :down: The cic, and nbt systems have Turkey map available . I would like to know if anybody can convert these formats CIC to High since it doesn't seem like a big deal as i read people converting Mercedes maps to be used in BMW's :ahah:
