Error GPS chinnese! Reflash neccesary? 84H-3 start problem

Hi, i Have got a 84H-3 Gps. For a few days I am unable to access the gps menu, it is blocked on the welcome screen. Will it be necessary to reflash wince 6.0?

I have got micro sd 8 Gb HC.
