Unable to update firmware on Nuvi 57 LM

Hello,

I've bought this navi, installed garmin express and it told me, that I can download new software - ver. 4.40 (on my device is 3.50 now)

So I click update, but after a few seconds, when it reaches 50% update fails - everytime.

So I found some LOG file, where was the link to that file, but I noticed, after the downloading that it is only ver. 3.50 not 4.40 - why the hell garmin express wanted to download exact the same version as is already installed on the device???

Is there any possibility how to download ver. 4.40 from garmin servers??? Because it can be manually installed - just drop downloaded file onto WebUpdater.exe :)
But I need the most recent update first.

Firewall is off and I have admin rights.
If you want, I can copy the content of log file, where I found the link to older version of firmware.
