Sorry my stupid questions, but I´m new and don´t know much about Androide

I have a CAR/GPS Double Din 7" Who runs Androide 5,1
And I want it to run Sygic.

If I buy Sygic from Google App marked.
Can I run it offline from the app whiteout WiFi or do I have to run it from a SD/TF card I must make myself ?
Do you know if I can buy Sygic on a SD/TF card ready to use, or must I make it myself so my registration will work ?

Because if it must have access to internet, i must each time remember my cellphone and share internet connection from it.

If it must be running through SD/TF card, do I then make the registration " Buy the Sygic Gps program first, I mean do the registration then also come on the SD/TF card ? And how do I update maps if I run it from SD/TF card offline ?

Do someone have a good idea to a android file manager I can use to make my SD/TF card whit ?

And do I have the same quality map design graphic offline on SD card as it runs online from the App ?

Whits Sygic Android version must I buy to get the most graphic details on my screen ( I´m from Denmark / Europe )

Can I put in a" My car icon " into my Sygic program. And what format / size / filename. And if yes where in the program do I place it, and must a existing need rename ?

Is there a car pic library available for my Toyota Rav4 2008 ?
