NuviCam Voice language not show after update

Hi,

Default Nuvicam came with only English American English Samantha with Real directions.

Looking for French Speaking with Real Direction by updating unit with Garmin Express to update all voices included Francais_Canadien_Felix completely, but it doesn't show up in the sub menu - voice language.
But when you check under Diagnostic Page - Start Test - More-it shows clearly under Inventory Audio some of languages from English to Francais, included Francais Canadien Felix.

I did hard reset, clear Non Vol, but still not show other languages under Menu of voice language.
