Cannot use links under the "New forum Posts" category..?

Hello,
for some reason I cannot click on any link in the right panel in the "New forum post" category..? I'm using chrome and there was no problem till today. Links are normally visible, but I cannot click it..It's strange as I logout the links works again. No such problems in Mozilla, but I won't change my browser just for that.

What I already tried:
- delete cookies (ccleaner)
- disable my antivirus
- disable all chrome extensions

nothing helps.. :(
