It's similar to Window Registry. If you installed cracked proggy and you installed licensed one, it change/delete certain "key" so any installer of that afterward proggy won't work. Might be just not cleaning up correctly (job of the installer) rather actually preventing (job of the licenser)

what is this proggy , can you give some links for the screenshot on how it looks and stuff. And as you said there is no way i can install this proggy thing now , so can you give me the link for step by step installation of the latest USA maps I can install..?
if I install the new maps , do I loose the other functionality of the stereo system like the UI it has and all the other icons?
