Garmin Image Unlock gimgunlock v.0.04
This is a refreshed version of http://www.gpspower.net/software-too...psigpatch.html
Some maps were partially unlocked by old v.0.03+ mapsigpatch since the map digital signature wasn't removed.
This new 0.04 version will do the full job :)

To unlock the .img, simply drag the image file over the icon of gimgunlock.exe
the dragged file will become unlocked. That's all.
You can also run it in a command prompt window or batch file by supplying the pathname of the image file as the only argument.
NOTE:recent devices/firmware have improved checks, NT maps to work must necessarily contain a valid digital signature. (if removed by gimgunlock 0.04 map wont work)
NOTE2:In zumo590, GPSMAP64, Edge1000, NT maps unlocked by gimgunlock-0.04 will work, NTU maps with Unicode codepage (65001) won't work.
You can use Universal Firmware Patcher for Protected Garmin Devices to unlock your firmware and use unlocked maps, But look at the legend in patcher thread to see what is your device/firmware protection (weak or strong).
