With the Sygic last versions can we get speedcams or not? where is the truth?

Hello!

Reading the different posts I don't understand very well. What is the right answer concerning speedcams? nothing seems to be clear
OK, French law doesn't allow to display them but why in Sygic software a file "offlinespeedcams" appears? and, if we can really get these speedcams for exemple in France
- for which type of speedcams,
- that concern just an aera where speedcams exists or is it the exact place which is displayed .... with which type of announcement?

Some of you say that they can display the speedcams some others say that it is not possible !!!

To be more clear are speedcams available for France using Sygic version 16.4 for exemple
